A career built on empowering women — through every season of life.

My journey began with a lifelong struggle to understand weight, health, and sustainability. After years of navigating ineffective dieting trends, I made a pivotal career shift from programmer analyst to fitness professional following the birth of my son. What started as a personal commitment to health as a single, working mother quickly evolved into a lifelong profession.

As an early leader in the industry, I helped develop group exercise programs and contributed to the creation of professional certifications when standards were still emerging. My work has always centered on empowering women — not just physically, but through education, support, and sustainable lifestyle change.

Over the years, my focus has evolved alongside my clients. I've supported women through every stage of life — from early adulthood to premenopause, menopause, and beyond — developing deep expertise in the unique challenges of each phase.
